• Wrong/missing delivery (feedback within 24 hours);
• Unusable due to extreme transport temperatures (provide certificates).

3. Ineligible Returns

• Used/opened, or unsuitable fragrance (consult customer service first);
• Damage from improper preservation;
• Missing packaging/accessories, artificial damage;
• Custom candles, gifts, samples (no quality issues);
• Overdue application or no valid certificates.

4. Process

1. Apply: Contact customer service within 7 days with certificates;
2. Review: Response within 24 hours;
3. Return: Send back within 3 days (store covers quality-issue freight);
4. Process: Refund/exchange within 2-3 working days after approval.

5. Notes

• Consult customer service for fragrance details;
• Customer liable for returned item damage/loss;
• Retain original product state for quality issues;
• Final interpretation right belongs to this site.
